Experiment 1: Application of enzyme in lower ME and lower phosphors conditionTrial 1 was conducted to study the effects of feed enzyme preparation on the performance and nutrient utilization of laying hens with Enzyme SSF, which contained amylase, P-glucanase, cellulase, pectinase, phytase, protease, xylanase etc. Trail 1 was made with laying hens for 16 weeks. 864 birds of 20-38 week age hy-line were randomly allocated to 3 treatments with 6 replicates and 48 birds each replicate. Three treatments were normal, abnormal (lower ME and phosphors) and enzyme addition (lower ME, lower phosphors and enzyme preparation). The research was made what enzyme could affect on nutrient utilization and performance. Nutrient levels were treat A- ME2700, CP16%, non phytic phosphorus 0.35%, TP0.60%; treat B-ME2600, CP 16%, non phytic phosphorus0.35%, TP0.60%; treat C-ME2600,CP 16%,non phytic phosphorus0.20%,TP0.45%. The results showed that the performance of laying hens made no difference significantly (p> 0.05). Supplementation of the enzyme preparation had the tendency to improve the performance and body weight of laying hens. Enzyme enhanced nutrient utilization significantly (p< 0.05). Enzyme addition reduced the laying production cost significantly (p< 0.05).Experiment 2: Application of enzyme in lower CP and lower phosphors conditionTrail 2 was conducted to study the effects of feed enzyme preparation on the performance and nutrient utilization of laying hens with Enzyme SSF, which contained amylase, P-glucanase, cellulase, pectinase, phytase, protease, xylanase etc. Trail 2 was made with laying hens for 16 weeks.864 birds of 20-38 week age hy-line were randomly allocated to 3 treatments with 6 replicates and 48 birds each replicate. Three treatments were normal, abnormal(lower CP and phosphors diet) , enzyme addition(lower CP, lower phosphors and enzyme preparation). The research was made what enzyme could affect on nutrient utilization and performance. Nutrient levels were treatment D- ME2600, CP 16%, non phytic phosphorus0.35%, TP0.60%; treatment E-ME2600, CP 15.2%, non phytic phosphorus 0.35%, TP0.60%; treatment F with enzyme-ME2600, CP 15.2%,non phytic phosphorus 0.20%.The results showed that the performance of laying hens made no difference significantly(p> 0.05).Supplementation of the enzyme preparation had the tendency to improve the performance and. Enzyme enhanced nutrient utilization significantly (p< 0.05). Enzyme addition had the tendency to reduce the laying production costs and increase body weight of birds.
