Effect Of Chinese Medicine On Growth Performance And Immune Function Of Huainan Chicken

The Huainan Chicken is high-quality varieties in Anhui,It is succulent flavor but slower growth.People were used to add the antibiotics to improve its growth rate,so a large number of antibiotics were residended in chicken body,that is endangering the health of people,but also different levels of environmental pollution.It has a serious impact on economic and social benefits of Huainan Chicken. To improve the immunity of Huainan Chicken growth performance and ensure the safety of their products.The experiment adopted the one factorial experiment design. In the experiment,280 huainan chicken were randomly devided into 4 groups of 70 chicken.The chicken in group one were fed a basal diet,the chicken in groupⅠwere fed the basal diets plus 0.5%Chinese Herbal,the chicken in groupⅡwere fed the basal diets plus 1%Chinese Herbal,the chicken in groupⅢwere fed the basal diets plus 2%Chinese Herbal。The total growth time of is 42 days,and the Chinese Herbal was added to the feed for 35 consecutive days from days 7.At the 14th,24th,28th,35th and 45th day,we weighted the remaining feed,recorded the weight of consumption feed of every stage,the mining food for the calculation,the average daily increase of the Huainan Chicken avoirdupo is and feed gain ratio from 7:00 to 9:00 for each group.We collected 5 Huainan Chicken cardiac blood serum from each group for mensurate the anticoagulant of PHA-T lymphocyte and interleukin and the serum immunoglobulin levels,then we collected their spleen,thymus bursal and both sides of the thymus to weight.At the end of the trial,20 chicken(5 per group) were bled via the anterior vena cava.The proximal duodenum,jejunum,middle ileum were recollected and stored in 10%formalin solution immediately for preparing tissues section and measuring the number of intraepithelial lymphocyte. The results were as follows:1 The Compound Chinese Herbal can improve the growth performance of Huainan chicken significantly.Compared with the control group,AW of trial groups chicken in Chinese was higher than that of control significantly between d 21 and 28(p＜0.05).AW in Chinese Herbal groupⅡandⅢwere higher than that of the control group on d 35.(p＜0.05). AW in Chinese native medicine groupⅡandⅢdecreased significantly on d 45 (p＜0.01)2 The compound Chinese medicine preparations can enhance the immune organ index of Huainan Chicken significantly.Compared with the control group,the difference of the spleen index of GroupⅡis significant on d28,35 and 42(p＜0.05),the difference of the bursa index is significant on 21,28,35 and 42(p＜0.05),the difference of the thymus index of each experiment Group is significant on d 35(p＜0.05).3 The compound Chinese medicine preparations can enhance the immunoglobulin levels of Huainan Chicken significantly.Compared with the control group,the difference of the immunoglobulin level of GroupⅡis significant on d 21,28,35and42(p＜0.05).4 The compound Chinese medicine preparations can enhance the serum protein level of Huainan Chicken significantly.The difference of the albumin level of each Group is not significant on d 14,21 and 35(p＞0.05).Compared withthe control group,the difference of the GroupⅡis significant on d 28 and 42(p＜0.05).5 The compound Chinese medicine preparations can enhance the NU-HI of Huainan Chicken significantly.Compared with the control group,the difference of the GroupⅡand GroupⅢis significant on d 21(p＜0.05),the difference of the GroupI is not significant (1＞0.05).Compared with the control group,the difference of the GroupⅡand GroupⅢis extremely significant on d 28 and 35(p＜0.01),the difference of the GroupⅠ,GroupⅡand GroupⅢis significant high then the control group on d 42 (p＜0.05).6 The compound Chinese medicine preparations can significantly enhance the T LCR of Huainan Chicken.The compound Chinese medicine preparations can enhance the T LCR of Huainan Chicken significantly at metaphase and anaphase of the experiment.Compared with the control group,the TLCR of the GroupⅠ,GroupⅡand GroupⅢis not significant (p＞0.05) on d 14 and 21,the GroupⅠ,GroupⅡand GroupⅢis significant (p＜0.05) on d 28,35 and 49.(p＜0.05).7 The compound Chinese medicine preparations can enhance the WBC phagocytosis rate of Huainan Chicren significantly.The compound Chinese medicine preparations can enhance the WBC phagocytosis rate of Huainan Chicken significantly in the whole experiment period (p＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the difference of the GroupⅠ, GroupⅡand GroupⅢis significant(p＜0.05) on d 21,28,35,42,the WBC phagocytosis rate of the GroupⅡis higher than GroupⅢand GroupⅠon d 21,28, 35 and 42.8 The compound Chinese medicine preparations can enhance the chicken blood antioxidase enzymatic active of Huainan Chicken significantly.Compared with the control group,the difference of GroupⅡis significant (p＜0.05) on d 28,the difference of GroupⅡis extremely significant(p＜0.01) on d 35.Compared with the groupⅠ,the difference of GroupⅡis significant (p＜0.05) on d 35 and 42.9 The compound Chinese medicine preparations have a big influence on some hormone of Huainan Chicken.The GH of the GroupⅠ,GroupⅡand GroupⅢis lower than the control group.Compared with the control group,the difference of the GroupⅠ,GroupⅡand GroupⅢis significant(p＜0.05) on d 21,the GroupⅡand GroupⅢis significant(p＜0.05) on d 42.The T3 level of the GroupⅠ,GroupⅡand GroupⅢis higher than the control group.Compared with the control group,the difference of the GroupⅡis extremely significant(p＜0.01),the difference of the GroupⅠand GroupⅢis significant(p＜0.05),the difference of the GroupⅠ,GroupⅡand GroupⅢis significant(p＜0.05) on d 42.10 The compound Chinese medicine preparations have a big influence on intestine mucosal morphology of Huainan Chicken.Duodenum:Compared with the control group,the difference of the villus length of each Group is significant(p＜0.05),the difference of the crypt depth of GroupⅡis significant(p＜0.05),the difference of the intestinal thickness of each Group is significant(p＜0.05).Jejunum:Compared with the control group,the difference of the crypt depth of each Group is significant(p＜0.05),the difference of the intestinal thickness of GroupⅡand GroupⅢis extremely significant(p＜0.01),the difference of the GroupⅠis significant(p＜0.05).Ileum:Compared with the control group,the difference of the villus length of GroupⅡand GroupⅢis significant(p＜0.05),the difference of the intestinal thickness of GroupⅡand GroupⅢis significant(p＜0.05),the difference of the GroupⅠis not significant(p＞0.05). The test results showed that the compound of Traditional Chinese Medicine is significant on growth performance and immune properties of Huainan Chicken.It is not only for the healthy breeding and product safety provide valuable reference of Huainan Chicken but also for the further study of Chinese medicine formulations in the production of animal and provide a theoretical basis.
