The Studies Of Combined Application Of Bacillus And Several Antimicrobial Chinese Herbal Medicine

Eight bacillus strains(A₁A₂...A₈)were isolated from ileum of aduit,after a series of biochemical identifications,the result show that A₁,A₂,A₃andA₇ are the bacillus megutherium,A₄ is the bacillus lichenforms,A₅,A₆ and A₈ are the bacillus.Twelve strains(B₁,B₂.....B₁₂)were isolated from ileum of pig.Twelve strains are bacillus after dyeing of gemma of a fungus.Dectecting the antimicrobial activity of probiotic of zymotic fluid,metabolite of those strains and bacillus strains itself by Oxford plate assay system,the result show that Eight bacillus strains have diffient inhibition to pathogenic E.coli and staphylococcus,among those strains A₂,A₄andA₆ work well and can act as the study of Probiotics with references.Dectecting the antimicrobial activity of Twelve strains (B₁,B₂.....B₁₂),among those strains B₁ and B₆ work well and can act as the study of Probiotics with references,in addition,the result prove that the antimicrobial activity of probiotic of zymotic fluid is better than that of metabolite,the antimicrobial activity of probiotic of metabolite is better than that of bacillus strains itself.Eight bacillus strains have diffient livbility after the test of acid-resistant.in the PH2.0,Eight bacillus strains have diffient livbility from 34%-65.6%,same strains work well,A₁ is 56%,A₄ is 65.5%,A₇ is 59%.in the test of cholate-resistant,when the consistency of cholate is 2.0,Eight bacillus strains have high livbility(over 90%). when the consistency of cholate is 6.0,the livbility from 41%to 55.6%,among those strains A₁,A₂,A₃,A₅,A₆ and A₇ work well(over 50%).in the test temperature sensibility,Eight bacillus strains work well.A₁,A₄ and A₇ can act as the study of Probiotics with references after the test of acid-resistant,cholate-resistant and temperature sensibility.In the study of combined application of bacillus and Several antimicrobial Chinese herbal medicine in vitro,introducing the 20 bacillus strains into culture medium containing Chinese herbal medicine with different consistency,the result show that A₁,A₂,A₃,A₄,A₇,B₁,B₂,B₃,B₇,B₁₀ and B₁₁ fitted into seven antimicrobial Chinese herbal well than Other,bacillus strains fitted into seven antimicrobial Chinese herbal well than pathogenic E.coli and staphylococcus.Wo pick out five antimicrobial Chinese herbal medicine and confirm their proportion after the test of combined application of bacillus and Several antimicrobial Chinese herbal medicine in vitro.Introducing the 20 bacillus strains into culture medium containing mixed Chinese herbal medicine with different consistency,the result show that A₁,A₂,A₃,A₄,A₇,B₁,B₂,B₃,B₇,B₁₀ and B₁₁fitted into mixed antimicrobial Chinese herbal well than Other and can act as the study of Probiotics with references,in addition,bacillus strains fitted into seven antimicrobial Chinese herbal well than pathogenic E.coli and staphylococcus.The feeding experiment showed that experimental group that add bacillus strains and mixed antimicrobial Chinese herbal together have increase by 12.05%,5.3%and 15.44%in comparison with that add bacillus strains and mixed antimicrobial Chinese herbal single and control group during whole test(P＞0.05).In respect of feed conversion rate,experimental group that add bacillus strains and mixed antimicrobial Chinese herbal together have increase by13.82%,2.8%and 21.66%in comparison with that add bacillus strains and mixed antimicrobial Chinese herbal single and control group during whole test(P＞0.05),therefore,wo can make a conclusion that the combined application of bacillus and antimicrobial Chinese herbal medicine can improve growth performance and increase feed conversion rate.The counting of E.coli and bacillus show that the microflora of ileum could be changed,the number of bacillus increased,but that of E.coli markedly dropped,in experimental group that add mixed antimicrobial Chinese herbal and bacillus strains together.The combined application of bacillus and antimicrobial Chinese herbal medicine in curing grice diarrhea show that the rate of cure is 90%(27/30).the result proved that the combined application of bacillus and antimicrobial Chinese herbal medicine has complementarity and additivity in curing grice diarrhea.
