The Studies On The Model Of Rape Mechanization Production And Extension

Development of rape mechanization is the important content of the building new socialist countryside, Starting with the current situation of rape yield in our country , the paper has analysised impersonally to the difficulties situation of rape producing, on the background of rape development by nation support , at this stage summed up the mechanization of production patterns and popularizing fashion, with the thorough study of the characteristic of rape and the key course of the mechanization, the point has been made that the stress of rape production should put in the sowing and harvesting and post-harvest processing.the minimum timeliness losses of rape sowing and harvesting has been researched in the each steps of rape producing. Moreover, with the minimum timeliness losses and operating costs as target to study agricultural machinery matching in sowing and harvesting, the conclusions indicate that the rape sowing should adopt the derect seeding by mechanization,which can lower the cost of producing. at the same time ,the working time should arrange in the optimal period. The optimizing matching of machine has been made in the scale and the time of rape harvester, the conclusions indicate that the time of harvesting should been done in the proper days,the task of reaping should been completed in the reason of paddy planting and decreas cost.At the same time ,the change of rape machine reaping scale has been studied with fuzzy theory and grey relational analysis. the conclusions indicate that the large transfer of farming work force is the mostly factor in the argricultural mechanization of rape production,the finance support of center and local government act the necessary role, the most important thing is to use the existing technology to popularizing in all of our country. At last,start with the exiting popularization pattern in our country, it has been analyzed and compared in the advantage and shortage of popularization,the new popularization pattern has been build to enlarge yielding scope and level,which can afford new theory support and realism instructing sense for the course of argricultural mechanization and the building new socialist countryside.
