But there are quite a lot of helpful microorganisms in earthworms feces that put an important role in hamLessing the feces.S.albus S.aburabiensis Nishimura play an role in ordor producing of fecesm,so my paper us these three kinds of bacteria as indicator to bolting inhibit bacteria in the wormcast.At first, using Gause's syntetic No1 medium and plain agar as isolation medium, diluting the earthworms on the medium surface to cultivate at 28℃and 37.5℃in incubator separately.Get 14 strains actinomyces and 24 strains bacterium.Then applying agar block method to bolting the most antagonism bacteria.As a result there few of bacterium have antagonism but 4 strains actinomyces have antagonism.among them the best antagonism actinomyces was named 031.study the most rival activity's strains in identification and fermentation.The morphology of mycelium and spores in Gause's syntetic No1 media,growth situation,physiol-biochemical characteristics in different media were observed and the result of gelatin liquefaction,amylohydrolysis,cellulose utilization.According to identification manual of streptomyces,strain 031 was belong to group of genus Streptomyces,And most similar to Streptomyces ambofaciens.For increasing production of antibiotic,the liquid media composition were studied.Antibiotic content of the fermented liquid was determined by cylinde-plate method,the screening result indicated that the optimal carbon source was soluble starch,and the optimal nitrogen source was KNO3.By changing the ratio of carbon source and nitrogen source, the optimal proportion of these component was obtained and percentage of these component was soluble starch 2%,KNO3 0.1%.The suitable technical parameters in fermentation were:initial pH 7.0~7.5,28℃,10%inoculum,loading liquid volume 75 mL(in 250mL flask).On the conditions of the optimal media and the suitable fermentation condition,the antibiotic yield of strain 031 reached maximum in 96 h.Applying fermentation liquid of strain 031,EM liquid and mix of the two kind liquid to ferment chicken feces , Determination the contents of alkaline air and hydrogen sulfide through chromatometry to testify antagonism of strain 031 against S.albus S.aburabiensis and Nishimura. As a result,there is dramaticly decrease in production of alkaline air and hydrogen sulfide.It manifest that strain 031 have strong rival activity against S.albus S.aburabiensis and Nishimura. put a way for the further study of feces deodorization.
