The study use choiceness yeast culture,conducted to determine the optimal conditions of produce high nucleotide feed stuff by high pressure homogenization and enzyme,then to evaluate the effect of the product on growth performance and immune function in weaned piglets. The study was divided into three experiments:Exp 1: Study on conditions of breaking yeast cell wall by high pressure homogenization.The orthnogonal test was used to evaluate the optimum conditions of yeast cell wall by high pressure homogenization on the basis of solid recovery and the content of RNA. The optimal conditions of breaking cell wall: concentration of yeast in the liquid, working pressure and recycle times were 12%, 60MPa and three times respectively.Exp 2: Study on the condition of breaking yeast cell wall by high pressure homogenization and enzymeThe method of breaking brewer's yeast cell wall by high pressure homogenization and enzyme. The optimum parameters of the breakage rate of the yeast cell wall were discussed on the basis of solid recovery,the content of amino nitrogen and RNA. As a result, the optimum under the follow condition: the concentration of yeast in the liquid were 35%,after high pressure homogenization at the condition of 60MPa and three times respectively,The complex enzyme with a concentration of 0.6% yeast liquid was added in the yeast liquid,pH=5.0,55℃autolyze 8h。Exp 3: Effects of high nucleotide feed stuff on growth performance,biochemical indices and immune indices of serum in weaned pigletsThe trial choose 18 crossbred piglets (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) of 30±3 days old with an average body weight of 9.68±0.73kg were randomly allotted to three dietary treatments, with six replicate pens per treatment and one piglets per pen. Dietary treatments included control group (basal diet),test groupⅠ(1.5% importation high nucleotide feed stuff substitute spray-dried porcine plasma),test groupⅡ(1.5% self-produce high nucleotide feed stuff substitute spray-dried porcine plasma).The trail divide up two phase, the 1st 0-14d,the 2nd 15-28d.At the end of the trail, blood samples from anterior vein were collected to determine the biochemical and immune indices of serum. The results indicated that: at phase 1st compared with the control group, the test groupⅠand groupⅡ, average daily gain were increased 8.16% and 7.38%(P>0.05)each; the ratio of feed to gain were decreased 5.18% and 4.48%(P>0.05)each; at phase 2nd , average daily gain were decreased 2.08% and 3.56%(P>0.05)each; the ratio of feed to gain were no difference; compared with the control group, BUN concentration were increased 11.45%和13.93%(P<0.05)each; serum protein concentration were no evidence difference; compared with the control group, the test groupⅠand groupⅡ, the level of Interleukin-2 (IL-2) were increased 44.24%和33.65%(P<0.05)each; the level of interferon-γ(INF-γ) were increased 9.09%(P>0.05)and 44.45%(P<0.05)each; the level ofimmunoglobulin G were increased 2.38% and 5.23%(P>0.05)each; the level ofimmunoglobulin M were increased 27.27% and 12.12%(P>0.05)each; the level ofimmunoglobulin A were increased 8.16% and 6.12% ( P> 0.05) each.The trail showed:high high nucleotide feed stuff promoted the growth performance at the beginning of weaned,improved the immune function.
