| Miniature pig has been regarded as the house pet,which people are foud of, also has been used as the experimental animals in many fields of science research.XFM has been manufactured successfully on the basis of the anesthetic requirement of medica,comparative medicine, experimental zoology and veterinary medicine.This experiment animals are China Experimental miniature pigs.The experiment monitor the anesthetic effects of XFM by use of international received Datex-Ohmeda S/5TM Intensive Care monitor,EEG-9200k Electroencephalo graph,Datex-Capnomac Ultimatm respiration monitor.Clinical operations validate anaesthesia effects of XFM.Contrasting experiment with ketamine,diazepam,Su Mianxinâ…¡and napental evaluate the anesthetic effects of XFM objectively.Experiment results show:miniature pigs keep excellent analgesia,sedation,muscle relaxation in anesthetic stage after intramuscular inject XFM. XFM has little influence to biologic eflection. Heart rate,body temperature,respiration rate,saturation of blood oxygen,blood pressure and every index of systema respiratorium are in normal range of physiologic function. Monitoring results of liver and renal function indicates that XFM has little influence to liver and renal function of miniature pig.XFM can safely apply for clinical anesthesia. According to the electrocardiogram changes of miniature pig confirm that XFM has no obviously influence to heart function. Electroencephalogram in anesthetic stage indicates miniature pig can reach proper depth of anesthesia by XFM.Results of operation validate experiment demonstrate the change tendency of heart rate,body temperature, saturation of blood oxygen,blood pressure close to each other between operate group and anesthesia group.Cornea reflex,blephara reflex and anal reflex exist all the time during operation.Miniature pig has no pain reaction on every operative procedure.These is well sedation,that no reaction to outside sound.Sarcous tension hasn't been perceived in every operative procedure.Therefore, XFM meets clinical operation requirement.Contrasting experiment manifests XFM has shotter-induce time,proper anesthetic time, shotter-analepsia time,completely analgesia,less influence to circulatory and respiratory system, better in sedation and muscle relaxation compared with other combined anesthetic agents.Synthesizing experimental results,XFM has little influence to physiological functions index, generating better anesthetic effect. Validated by clinical operation,XFM could be spreadly used as special anesthetic drug for miniature pigs.
