Miniature pigs have been widely used in medical, scientific and other fields. And yet they also have received much attention as pets.The specificity antagonist for miniature pigs' combined anaesthetic on miniature pigs was manufactured in accordance with XFM. We used Chinese experimental miniature pigs for this experiment by dividing them into analepsia group and the control group, which both are redivided into early, interim and advanced group. Through monitoring the anesthesia and recovery process by using EEG-9200k Electroencephalo graph, Datex-Ohmeda S/5TM Intensive Care monitor, Datex-Capnomac Ultimatm respiration monitor and monitoring the serum biochemical indices such as blood, immune function and stress response, liver and kidney function and antioxidation ability during the anesthesia and recovery period, we could make an objective and accurate assessment for the consciousness-regaining effect of the specificity antagonist for miniature pigs' combined anaesthetic on miniature pigs.The result showed that: Biological reflection obviously recovered and pain response, voice response to the outside world and muscle tension resumed quickly after miniature pigs were injected with the specificity antagonist for miniature pigs' combined anaesthetic. And then, T, HR, RR, SpO2, Bp, PetCO2, TV, MV had different degrees of changes, which were in the normal physiological range. There was no great impact on blood, liver and kidney function, immune function and stress response and antioxidation ability, so the specifically antagonistic agent of XFM could used for clinical anesthesia recovery and first aid. ECG on miniature pigs showed that the specificity antagonist for miniature pigs' combined anaesthetic had no obvious impact on miniature pigs'heart function. EEG on miniature pigs showed that the specificity antagonist for miniature pigs' combined anaesthetic could make miniature pigs relatively steady recovery with no adverse effects on the brain.All the results of this study showed that: The consciousness-regaining effect of the specificity antagonist for miniature pigs' combined anaesthetic performed well., which could make miniature pigs rapid and steady recovery with no adverse effects such as complex sleep and overexcitation, and with minor effect on miniature pigs'main physiological indexes. As a result, the specificity antagonist for miniature pigs' combined anaesthetic could show good antagonistic effects on XFM.
