To make a better use of organic material to gerbera soilless culture, the experiment makes wheat bran as raw material, and adds different microbial agents and cow manure to take fermentation tests, determinate the change of temperature, pH, C/N and nutrient during the test, selecting better microbial agents for large wheat bran fermentation, and determining the change law during the large wheat bran fermentation, finally preparing for organic substrates. Later formulations with different sizes of organic matrix in Yinchuan and Yangling greenhouse, based on different matrix formulations, physical and chemical properties, the experiment plant Gerbera jamesoni in different substrate formula and cultivation pattern and measure morphological index, flower yield and quality of Gerbera jamesoni. To get the following conclusions:(1)In different microorganism agents and cow manure experiments. The microorganism agents and cow manure were added to wheat bran to run the fermentation trail and the temperature, pH, C/N, P and K composting were surveyed and analyzed during fermentation. The results showed that the maximum temperature for the treatment 1 and treatment 2 that contained microorganism agents Jingbaobei(microorganism agents 1) are slightly higher than 50℃, when the treatment 3 and treatment 4 that contained Decomposition of organic materials agents (microorganism agents 2) are slightly lower than 50℃,CK1,CK2 that lack of microorganism agents nearly 46℃.All the pH is between 7.0 and 7.9, which is suitable for the growth of the microorganism. The C/N of the treatment 2,trentment 4 contained cow manure and CK2,has been significantly lower than the treatment 1 that lack of cow manure, treatment 3 and CKl,and The C/N of 1,2 decline significantly larger than 3,4, the treatment 2 is declining the most, and finally get a lowest C/N. The nutriention of the treats trends to raise, and the ferment ones are obviously higher. Generally we get a result that microorganism agents 1 has a better Fermentation results, treatment B is the optimal treatment.(2)Throughout the fermentation of wheat bran,we can see the Total N is decreased early and late increased, but the available N content is increased early and late significantly decreased. The Total P is incresed slowly and the available P initial fermentation decreased, late followed by a rising trend. The Total K and the available K in the compost process has been steadily rising.(3) The plastic greenhouse gerbera cultivation of Yangling district indicate that treatment D (corn cob:rice husk:wheat bran)=4:3:3 formulas is better.(4)The substrates of Yinchuan greenhouse Gerbera jamesoni cultivation are idea for gerbera soilless culture.Different culture media in Gerbera jamesoni vegetative and reproductive growth compare the index of leaf number, leaf length, leaf width, plant height, crown width, the treatment T1 is have the higher quality, also in the cut good aspect; Treatment T2 is better than CK1.(5) Comprehensive analysis of Gerbera jamesoni flower nutrition on growth, yield and quality,we can see that the effect of the trentment of the T1 and the trentment of the T2 in trough cultivation growth flower number of Gerbera jamesoni, the number of the flower of the 3rd was 96 and 73, the 1180 was 80 and 55,the 0710 was 69 and 50,the 231 was 60 and 48.So the 3rd is best, followed by 1180, then 0710 and finally 231.(6) Comprehensive analysis of Gerbera jamesoni flower nutrition on growth, yield and quality,we can see that regardless of which treatment or which species matrix, the trough planting Gerbera jamesoni cultivation is better than the growth of good bag, with higher yields and quality of cut.
