Ecosystem service are the condition and process through which natural ecosystems , and the species that make them up, sustain and fulfill human life. The forest as a nature resource plays important ecosystem service functions in peoples survival and daily life. Therefore, there are many research on the evaluation of forest ecosystem services function around the world.The meaning of evaluation of the forest ecosystem services function in Tianlin Laoshan naturet and plantation of Baise was discussed on the base of reviewing the concept, the researching progress, and the production mechanism of ecosystem services, the classification and the evaluation methods of ecological services function in the paper. The value of the output of standing trees and other forest products, fixing CO2 and releasing O2, water conservation, soil and fertilization conservation, cleaning the environment and forest recreation of the forest ecosystem in Tianlin Laoshan nature and plantation of Baise were assessed with the methods of environment economics such as market value, shadow project, opportunity cost and material replacement etc. By comparing and analysis the value of two type forest ecosystem services function, arrive at their respective advantages and disadvantages and complementary each other.The result shows that the average key public forest ecosystem services values of Forest Ecosystem Service Functions in Laoshan nature reserve adds up to 1066685.80×104 yuan, which consist of 5470.04×104 yuan of production of organic substance; 5593.60×104 yuan of by-production of forests; 27238.96×104 yuan of carbon fixation and oxygen release; 9686.21×104 yuan of water storage; 7343.30×104 yuan of soil conservation; 2129.90×104 yuan of air purification; 8023.66×104 yuan of forest recreation and 1001200.20×104 yuan of biodiversity conservation. The value of functions of unit were 0.203×104 yuan, 0.208×104 yuan, 1.103×104 yuan, 0.360×104 yuan, 0.273×104 yuan, 0.079×104 yuan,0.298×104 yuan and 39.85×104 yuan. The integrated value of functions of unit were 42.286×104 yuan. The function of above all for Eucalyptus and Chinaese fir plantation were 1.008×104 and 0.355×104 yuan of production of organic substance; 1.235×104 and 0.967×104 yuan of carbon fixation and oxygen release; 0.099×104 and 0.231×104 yuan of water storage;0.227×104 and 0.333×104 yuan of soil conservation; 0.048×104 and 0.132×104 yuan of air purification; 0.600×104 and 2.000×104 yuan of biodiversity conservation. The integrated value of functions of unit were 3.217×104 and 3.998×104 yuan.The above data, natural forest is most important provider of ecosystem service, Therefore, we must increase the protection of it, and banning of excessive logging, at the same time, maganament and protection is also very important. Further, to prevent the destruction of forest on the vegetation and prevent the invasion of alien species were also needed.For the managers, because of the work of fully closing in our country, especillily, the protection of natural forests which in the upstream is priority. Therefore, the value of natural forest in this aera will become more apparent. At the same time, the requirements of global low-carbon lives and increasing demand for wood constantly, plantation wood as the main source of the demand, the value reflects the gradual.The solution can be summarized as: on the basis of maintaining the existing natural forests, increased investment in plantations, especially similar to the fast growing like Eucalyptus, and implementation of the green barren hills and provide policy and financial support for investors and local farmers. At the same time improving plantation yield, we could mix a mumber of other plant species, improve the stability of ecosystem. Further, natural forests and plantations to play their own advantages and ecomomic value of ecological. On the basis of production and living needs, arrive to the effect of maximizing the value of entire forest ecosystem services.
