Experiments are conducted to study the effects of transplanting method, transplanting period, numbers of leaves remained and quantity of nitrogen applied on the cold resistance, yield and quality of K326. The results are showed as follows.After transplanting, the activity of POD, SOD, CAT are all decreased, reached each minimum value and increased again. But the minimum enzyme activities of each treatment are not the same. The minimum enzyme activities of treatment T1 ( which is composed of covered soil transplant, transplanting in March.5,numbers of leaves remained was 17,nitrogen rate was 8.0kg/666.7㎡), T4 (which is composed of half covered soil transplant, transplanting in March.5, numbers of leaves remained was 19,nitrogen rate was 8.75kg/666.7㎡), T7(which is composed of no covered soil transplant, transplanting in March.5, numbers of leaves remained was 17, nitrogen rate was 9.5kg/666.7㎡) are at 15 days after transplanting. The minimum enzyme activities of other treatments are at 10 days after transplanting. The SOD and CAT activities of the T8 treatment (which is composed of no covered soil transplant, transplanting in March.10, numbers of leaves remained was 17, nitrogen rate is 9.5kg/666.7㎡) are the highest and the MDA content of it is the lowest one. According to the several physiological indexes above, the cold resistance of the T8 treatment is higher than any other treatments. According to the several Physiological indexes in this paper, the cold resistance of the treatment which transplanting covered with no soil is higher than those of the treatments covered with soil transplanting and half covered soil transplanting. The transplanting time of the treatment covered with no soil can be brought forward 5 days. And increasing quantity of nitrogen applied can improving cold resistance for tobacco. The yield and output value of the treatment T8 were all the highest. The economic traits performance of the treatment T8 was the best. The chemical compositions of cured tobacco leaves of each treatment were all in suitable level. The petroleum ether extract content of cured tobacco leaves in T8 treatment was comparative high. To some extent this is a reflection that its aroma was higher than other treatments.According to this paper, considering the physiological indexes of cold resistance, economic traits and the chemical compositions of cured tobacco leaves, The performance of treatment T8 is the best treatment.
