| Using JUNCAO technology to cultivate antelope-shape G. lucidum is a new technology with developmental prospects. This experiment did a series research about the content of polysaccharide in antelope-shape G. lucidum and nutritional composition, content of polysaccharide, applied value of polysaccharide in Spent Substrate from JUNCAO antelope-shape G. lucidum Culture. And the results are as follow:The experiment has designed the L16(43) orthogonal with time, temperature and the ratio of sample and water three factor which influence the extraction rate of polysaccharide. We found that temperature is the key factor of extraction rate of polysaccharide. And the best combination is 3 hours for time, 100℃for temperature, 1:20 for ratio. After compare the content of polysaccharide between antelope-shape G. lucidum and flower-like G. lucidum, both of them were cultivated in same culture medium and same strain. We found that the content of polysaccharide of antelope-shape G. lucidum 2.66% is higher than flower-like G. lucidum 2.10%. In the research of variation of content polysaccharide content in different period fruiting body of antelope-shape G. lucidum, we found that the content of polysaccharide in 20days'fruiting body of antelope-shape G. lucidum is 3.065% which is the highest value. And the content of polysaccharide is decreasing with the growth of fruiting body. At the maturity time has the lowest value 2.175%. The experiment also compared the content of polysaccharide in antelope-shape G. lucidum cultivated by different materials. The results indicate that the content of polysaccharide in antelope-shape G. lucidum cultivated by mixed JUNCAO culture medium has the highest value 2.64%, second is cottonseed hull and sawdust, and the content of polysaccharide is different by the change of the ratio of JUNCAO material, the best ratio is Miscanthus 70% and Dicranopteris 10%.In the research of Spent Substrate from JUNCAO antelope-shape G. lucidum Culture, We found that the crude protein content of JUNCAO spent substrate 11.00% is higher than the sawdust's and cottonseed hull's. And the crude fiber content of JUNCAO spent substrate 26.10% is lower than the sawdust's and cottonseed hull's. In the analysis of content of polysaccharide in spent substrate from different material antelope-shape G. lucidum culture, we found that the content of JUNCAO spent substrate has the highest value, 3.66 times higher than sawdust's, 4.53 times higher than cottonseed hull's. In the analysis of the content of polysaccharide in different harvest of spent substrate of antelope-shape G. lucidum culture, we found that, by the growth of ntelope-shape G. lucidum fruiting body, the content of polysaccharide is gradually increasing, until the harvest has the highest value.In the experiment of taking polysaccharide of spent substrate from JUNCAO antelope-shape G. lucidum culture as fish feed additives, we found that the polysaccharide can increase the net weight, relative growth rate, specific growth rate. Meanwhile it can also decrease the feed coefficient. The experiment also did some research about the amounts of polysaccharide, and the results indicate that when the amounts is 0.25%, the index has the best value. |
