This paper mainly focuses on the distribution, host, spread, prevent and research evolution of the genus Bactrocera Macquart, which are the most important in quarantine and economy in the world, We carry out the identification of adult characteristics, the Artificial feeding for adult and pupal, predict the potential geographic distribution of 2 quaratine pests and do the Pest Risk Analysis. The results are as follows:With the identification and description of the external morphology of adults, and prepared the Key to the 36 important quarantine Bactrocera Macquart species of the worle and 14 Known species from Hainan Island. The results show that There are many species thoughy there are many predominately different Characteristics between the two species. Such as wing, lateral postsutural vita, setae, scutellar, femora and tergite and these can be used as the identification and classification of Bactrocera adults2.Artifical rearing technologies of Bactrocera dosalis Hendel and B.cucurbitae Coquillett(1)We filter a suite fruit flies artificial rearing which is conformable through researching the feeding facilities, method of feeding an artificial diet.In the artificial diet's research,we find the mixing beer yeast and twice of sucrose is the best formula to rearing the B.doslis and B.cucurbitae adult in the four formula. The rate of fecundity and hatchability are higher than others, and egg-laying cycle last to 32 Days without obvious recession.(2)We find using beer yeast instead of waste yeast and increase the using content of methylparaben to 1.6g is the best formula to rearing fruit flies's larva in the two formula. It ensures the normal development of larvae, and raise all physiological indicators, which can then feed for a longer period of time to maintain a lasting no mildew and no odor.3.The suitability and Geographical Information System of the important species of BactroceraAccording to B.tau,B.latifrons,B tryoni's threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature,by using themathematical analysis and the technology of the GIS, using 670 meteorological stations in China 30 years of climate data and geographic information database, run CMVFF model, to predict proper hygiene conditions:(1) suitable region were 33.28%,33.43%,36.72%; (2) Occurred algebra usually between 3 to 5 generations in one year in China (3) The colonization of an area:light degree of danger zone 19.55%,27.88%,14.48%;risk zone:3.43%,2.24%,7.46%, high-risk zone:10.45%,7.16%,14.78%;4. qualitative and quantitative risk analysis of the Bactrocera's important speciesIn accordance with Pest Risk Analysis (PRA) lay down by ISPM of FAO, combined with pest biology and ecology characteristics:(1) the distribution of domestic and international, the potential risk of dangerous, the economic importance of the object, the possibility of colonization and spread, the difficulty and risk management. Do the risk assessmet for the B.tau and B,latifrons,tryoni(2) Using multi-index comprehensive evaluation method to determine a (Pi) and secondary (Pij) of indicators and evaluation criteria scores assigned to assess the quantitative indicators.Using the relevant risk analysis models, risk of quantitative analysis, and results showed that B.tau and B,latifrons, tryoni Integrated Risk value R are 2.3981,2.3981,2.5295, all belong to the high risk of harmful pest.Analysising the introduction risk of fruit fly presented a risk management measures and countermeasures, in order to quarantine, status investigation and provide a basis to related departments for making decision to reduce the risk level to acceptale level, and among the five Bactrocera species,B.tryoni is the most dangerous harmful organisms.(3)Through qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, Identified introduction risk of three Bactrocera species. Proposed risk management measures, countermeasures and Risk management and control measures corresponding to the risk of Pest, to To prevent the introduction, dissemination and spread and provide basis for decision making for dentification of quarantine, epidemic investigation and relevant departments to develop policies.
