| Water shortage and soil erosion both are the common problem in the Arid and Semi-arid Area of our country. On one hand, rural life and agricultural production are faced with serious water shortage; on the other hand, heavy soil erosion leads to the lost of runoff on surface of the ground a lot in this area. Thus, how to utilize and develope the resources of runoff on slope has become one of the most effective measures to promote economic development and improve the ecological environment in the arid and semi-arid area of our country. Meanwhile, it is also one of the focus issues concerned by the nations and regions which is short of water.Relying on the research and exemplary project of water and soil conservation in Shaanxi province "the project of making use of technology on runoff on slope in the southern Shaanxi", based on consulting plenty of chinese and foreign literature and explicating the research status of the collecting and distributing project of runoff on slope about internal and overseas, taked the small watershed of xiaogou in feng county as an example, the paper has chosen and researched the title of study on indexes system of investment benefit about the collecting and distributing project of runoff on slope of the small watershed.The main contributions are as follows:(1)The purpose of the paper is to evaluate the collecting and distributing projects of runoff on slope of the small watershed to compare all the options and to select the optimum planby establishing the evaluation index system of investment benefit.The indexes system of the paper consists of the static and dynamic index including a total of 6 subordinate indexes.The paper analysed the sensitivities of evaluation results.(2) In accordance with the requirements of the Evaluation Index system, with optimization configuration of soil and water resources and landscapes of small watershed,by optimizing and integrating "Catchment System", "Storage systems", "Irrigation system,", the paper confirmed engineering technology system about slope runoff utilization of the small watershed.(3)The aboue theory was verified with the small watershed of Xiaogou in Feng county as examplel.The result showed that the system was reasonable and could be used as experience which evaluated the collecting and distributing project benefit of runoff on slope in earth-rock mountain area. |
