The Clinical Study Of Bidirectional Regulation Of ZZW On Dyslipidemia

Zhengzhiwan pellet is a preparation of pure Chinese herbs developed by tutor Zhangmin. We studied its therapeutic effect to patients with hyperlipidmia. The results show that Zhengzhiwan pellet can significantly decrease the serum levels of TG, TC, VLDLc, while increase the serum levels of HDLc , I-IDL2c and improve significantly the ratio of atherosclerogenic index: TC-HDLc/HDLc, HDL2c/HDL3c. It also increases the zonal proportion of AL a Lp2, a Lp> a Lp4 and decreases the zonal proportion of jut P Lp pre P Lp1 in the serum lipoprotein electrophoretagram significantly. The pellet can effectively regulate the dynamic balance of serum lipids. Its therapeutic effect is superior to that of evening primrose capsule;. Zhengzhiwan pellet can significantly decrease the total blood viscosity, the plasma viscosity and improve the function of platelet. The improvement in the indexes after dosed for 8 weeks is superior to those after dosed for 4 weeks, suggesting that the effect of Zhengzhiwan pellet on the serum lipid are demulcent and the pellet should be dosed persistently. Our studies demonstrate : 1. Zhengzhiwan pellet have excellent effect on the regulation of the serum lipid level and indexes of atherosclerogenic in the patients with dyslipidemia; 2. Zhengzhiwan pellet can effectively regulate the zonal proportion a and P in the serum lipoprotein electrophoretagram in patients with dyslipidemia; 3. Zhengzhiwan pellet can decrease effectively the high blood viscosity in patients with dyslipidemia; 4. Zhengzhiwan pellet is an effective and safe drug with antidyslipidemic effect. The effect of Zhengzhiwan pellet on the serum lipid is superior to that of evening primrose capsule and it deserves broad use in hospitals; 5. Scrum lipoprotein electrophoretagra can display the heterogenity of lipoprotein particles in detail and may be a good new method.
