The Study On The Mechanism Of The Instant Effect Of Scalp Acupuncture To Acute Cerebral Haemorrhage In Rats

ABSTRACT ABSTRACT In this experiment, the acute cerebral hemorrhage models were produced in male Wistar rats by injecting the arterial blood to CPU. To study the changes of electricity discharge at the center of hematoma, the peripheral region and the contralateral CPU in the central nervus system at different period after cerebral hemorrhage, We used scalp point acupuncture and selected the pure improvement and the evoked latency of electricity discharge in CPU as indexes. Interpreted the electrophysiological mechanism in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage by the means of electrophysiology of nerve cell and neurography. The result showed that: I .The cerebral hemorrhage models produced by the method of injecting arterial blood to CPU was stable.. convenient and the hemorrhage location was accurate. 2.After acute cerebral hemorrhage the hematoma center neuron function was inhibitory at untra-early period; the electricity discharge pure improvement decreased and then the neuron died; the evoked latency prolonged. 3.The function of PEN in the opposite side of the peripheral region was inhibitory; the pure improvement of electricity discharge declined; the evoked latency prolonged; the pain stimulus effect decreased. It showed that the reactive ability of neuron declined and the inhibition became heavy with the time delayed. 4.Scalp point acupuncture can raise the discharging frequency; reduce the electricity discharge latency of nerve cell; Adjust the nerve cell function and prolong the pathological damage. The instant effect was obvious. 5.The therapy can efficiently reduce the generalization of neuronal inhibition caused by hematoma. 3 The result showed that the specific instant effect of the therapy provided scientific basis to the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. The scalp acupuncture is important and valuable to the treatment and the prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage.
