Clinical Study on the Curative Effect of Tablet Zhibituo on Different 1CM of Syndrome of Hgperlipemia Major: Clinic of the Integrated Traditional Chinese and western Medicine Postgraduate: Ke-jiao Yu Instructor: Prof. DuJian ABSTRACT Objectives: Through the clineial study of Tablet Zhibituo on different patten of syndrome of hyperlipmia, to guide its clinical application. Methods: In this clinical study, 150 patients with hyperlipemia, Who belonged to five TCM syndromes, were divided into 5 groups, 30 in each group. All patients were given Tablet Zhibituo. The course of treatment was 45 days. Changes of TC, TG, HDL-c, TC-I-IDL-c/HDL-c and related TCM syndrome were observed ofter the treatment. Results 1. Hyperlipemia, belonged to TCM syndrome of phlegm turbidity congestion and TCM syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis, used Tablet Zhibituo had batter effect on lowering the level of TC, TG, Al index and increasing HDL-c than the other three TCM syndromes. 2. Tablet Zhibituo improved TCM symptoms of phlegm turbidity congestion and TCM symptoms of qi stagnation and blood stasis more remarkably than the other three groups. Conclusion: Tablet Zhibituo is an effective drug for hyperlipemia, who belonged to 1CM syndrome of phlegn turbidity congestion and TCM syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis.
