Experimental Research On The Effect Of E-Bing Shu Guan Drop-pills On Coronary Angina Pectoris

Objective: To find out the mechanism of the treatment to Coronary Angina Pectoris by E-Bing Shu Guan drop-pillsMethods: Make the Rabbit Hyperlipemia and Atherosclerosis model With the phago-source ,and give the Pituitrin by vein injecion to evoke the acute Myocardial ischemia model . Then give different treatment, observe the mechanism of E-bing Shu guan drop-pills on biochemistry and pathological histology.Results: 1.E-bing Shu Guan drop-pills and Fufang Danshen drop-pills all can regulate the blood lipid, decrease the TG,TC, LDL-c level, and increase the HDL-c level in which E-bing Shu Guan drop-pills have the better effect (p<0.05).2. There is no difference of regulating the balance of ET/NO between the E-bing Shu Guan drop-pills and Fufang Danshen drop-pills.(p>0.05).3. E-bing Shu Guan drop-pills have the remarkableeffect on preventing the acute myocardial ischemia induced by Pituitrin. The numeric value of the T wave of the model group and normal group significantly higher than E-bing Shu Guan treatment group(p<0.01-0.05) 4.E-bing Shu Guan drop-pills can extinct atherosclerosis lipid plaque.Have the significantly difference than model group( p<0.05).Conclusions: E-bing Shu Guan drop-pills can remission angina pectoris.Its mechanism perhapers is by regulating the blood lipid, extincting atherosclerosis lipid plaque, regulating the balance,protecting endothelial cell,restraining blood vessel contraction and ameliorating coronary arteria circle to deduct myocardial ischemia.
