The Clinical Research On The Effect Of Shu Guan Drop Pill Which Prevent And Treat Coronary Angina Pectoris Recurring

Accordrrg to my teacher's academic views and clinical experiences on the prevention and the treatment of Coronary Angina Pectoris (CAP),this paper is about clinical study of Shu Guan Drop Pill to prevent and treat CAP recurring. The patients were divided into two groups,randomly 30 cases by Shu Guan Drop Pill, 30 cases by Compound Dan Shen Drop Pill. The result showed:l.The observe subjects of the times of CAP recurring, the last time, the dosage of nitroglycerin, the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine , electroncardiogram and hemorrheology,cardiac functicn,blood lipid were improved significantly after treating in two groups (P<0.01).2.With the following,every observe subject was improved significantly compared to that before treating in treatment group(P<0.01). But in control group the improvements weren't significant (P>0.05).3.Every effect had no significant different after treating in twogroups(P>0.05).4. With the following, every effect in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The paper indicated that Shu Guan Drop Pill had better effect in the prevention and the treatment of CAP recurring. Both two groups didn't show any side effect. So Shu Guan Drop Pill is an effective new and safe oral drug in preventing and treating CAP recurring.The effect mechanism of Shu Guan Drop Pill were inferred: l.The research and analysis of pharmocology:Shu Guan Drop Pill could dilate the coronary vessels,alleviate the coronany arterial spasm,increase the coronary arterial blood flow and decrease the myocardial oxygen consumption;Shu Guan Drop Pill could reduce the platelet aggregation and the producer of bloodserum;Shu Guan Drop Pill could decrease the blood lipid and prevent coronaryatherosclerosis.2. The research and analysis of hemorrheology: Shu Guan Drop Pill could reduce the blood viscosity and reduce profibrinolysin for a long time.3. The research and analysis of blood lipid: Shu Guan Drop Pill could regulate the abnormality of blood lipid for a long time and prevent coronary atherosclerosis.
