The discontinue rate of nitroglycerin was 83.33%, showing very higher advantage over XTL-I and ID (P<0.05 and P<0.0 1).5 XTL- II could markedly decline the concentration of plasma endothelin (ET), elevate the concentration of serum nitric?oxide(NO), regulate the balance of ET/NO to prevent injuries of vascular endothelial cells.
