Clinical Observation And Experimental Study On Effect Fuzheng Sanjie Mixture On Therapy Of Middle-late Lung Cancer

Objective: To observe the effects of Fuzheng Sanjie mixture on radiotherapy and chemotherapy for middle-late Lung Cancer. Methods: 109 Confirmed III, IV period Lung Cancer Patient Were randomly divided into two groups. The 58 patients in the treaded group were treated With Fuzheng Sanjie mixture plus radiotherapy and chemotherapy and the 32 patient in the control group were treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy alone, the clinical therapeutic effect were observed. In mouse experimental study, to observe effect of Fuzheng Sanjie mixture and Fuzheng Sanjie mixture plus radiotherapy and chemotherapy for mouse Lewis Lung Cancer and Si go-Results: Clinical study showed therapeutic effect in the treaded group were more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05 or P<().01). There were significant increased in immune index and hemorrheology index, and there were significant effect to reduce the toxic reaction caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Animal experiment showed the same results as shown in clinical study in inhibiting tumor, also showed cooperation with cyclophosphamide on inhibiting tumor. Conclusion: Fuzheng Sanjie mixture Plus radiotherapy and chemotherapy has better effects on inhibiting tumor than radiotherapy and chemotherapy along.
