The positive expression rate of nm23-H, in normal bladder tissues and primary bladder carcinoma tissues was 83.5% 44.7% , respectively with significant difference (P<0.01). The positive expression rate of P16 and nm23-H1 were closely correlated with pothologyical grades Clincopa-thological stages tumor size and metastasis. Conclusion: Expression of P16 and nm23-H, in bladder carcinoma play an important role in suppression of invasive growth and metastasis of tumor , might be a good indicator of predicting metastasis and porgnosis and evaluation the biolo-gical behavior of bladder carcinoma. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | bladder carcinoma, p16/MTS1, nm23/NDPK, Immunohistochemistry | | Related items |
