The Development Of Management Subsystem Of Cooperation Equipments Based On The Hospital Information System

The Hospital Information System (HIS), which is used in the Third Military Medical University, has been developed by the Military Committee and some military hospitals. The system has been spread in all military hospitals. And the hospitals result in favorable economical and social benefits.The system has been run in the Second Hospital of the Third Military University for more than two years. It has resulted in obvious benefits. At the same time it result in some questions. Because HIS network uses a kind of parallel topological structure, datum could not be used efficiently. The HIS could not inquire, monitor, manage and stat. Cooperation equipments' datum. And this is not good at hospital management.Therefore the hospital leaders put up and decide to develop the "cooperation equipments subsystem". Our subject term researched the network and the running mode of the hospital. On the basis of this reason, we developed the subsystem. Now, optimized acquirement algorithm of database is the important and difficult point in the research of optimized acquirement algorithm. I used Genetic Algorithm (GA) to improve algorithm.During the period of development and running the subsystem, we faced with all kinds of technical difficulties. We used the idea of Software Engineering, solving problems, designing software structure intensively, assigning resources. We took cooperation equipments as red line to realize the management of hospital cooperation equipments. The subsystem is necessary to improve the one whole management level. The subsystem is adapted to HIS, and is debugged. On the basis of the HIS network, it run smoothly, compute accurately. The sub-system can transfer datum of large database fleetly and accurately. All in all, the sub-system excelled all demands and guideline in the Demand Analysis Book. The Algorithm (Genetic Algorithm) has realized on PowerBuilder.
