Clinical Observation In Treating Ulcerative Colitis The "Depression Of Liver-Energy And Asthenia Of Spleen" By Kui-Jie-Ling Ⅲ Granule

Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic nonspecific inflammatory enteropathy. Up to now its cause is unknown. Diarrhea, abdominal painM purulent stools and so on are syndromes of UC. It invades submucous layer of rectum and colitc. Pathologic character is mucositis and ulceration. Symprom likes traditional Chinese medical diarrhea or chronic dysentery. In recent years, many reports prove increasing morbidity. Chronic lesion is prone to being cancer. We are highly think of this.We divided 61 UC patients in to treatment and contrast groups, adopted Kui-Jie-Ling III granule and SASP for treating to observe the clinical effect and the changes of LPO and SOD. The result shows that Kui-Jie-Ling III granule can reduce the levels of LPO and lift SOD significantly. The effective percent of the treatment group is 96.77%. The granule can enhance the body's ability to clean free radical and fight oxidation, turn off the injury of mucosa, fucilitate the ulcer repairing. All above shows that Kui-Jie-Ling III granule has good effects for treating the patient with Ulcerative colitis.
