Protective Effects Of Rongshuan Grains In Treating Ischemic Apoplexy (Acute Stage)

It is very important that to treat ischemic apoplexyfrom the super-acute stage,combining TCM theory with western medicine, the author has systematically discussed cause,pathogenesis and clinical therapy in ischemic apoplexy(Acute stage), so as to find a new way and some effective Chinese herbs, and based on main pathogenesis of abnormal rising and declining of vital energy and phlegm-blood stasis blockage ,the author also put forward a rule of balancing the disorder of vital energy,function removing phlegm and blood stasis, smoothening channels and collaterals.The clinical statistical results showed that in treatment group, 17 cases recovery, 13 cases significant effectiveness , 7 cases effectiveness , 1 case failureness,the recovered rate of effect in treatment group is 78.95%, the total effective rate 97.37% . The recovered rate of effect in control group is 53.33%, the total effective rate90%. A comparison between two groups, the efficacy of Rongshuan grains in treatment group is better than that in control group(p<0.05 or p<0.01) .The animal experimental results showed that this article had the efficacy of suppression of the excessive secret of the tumor necrosis factor a (TNF- a ),lessening the cerebral edema,protecting the neurons,lessening the necrosis,deceasing the malonic aldehyde(MDA),increasing the superoxide dismutase (SOD), removing the obstruction caused by ischemia and reperfusion in microcirculation ,hence exerting protective effects against the lesions due to ischemia and reperfusion. Above all ,this article provided a significant contribution to TCM theory and clinical practice.
