Objective: To study the effect of shuang teng tong mai Granule (STTMG) on fibrinolytic function in deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity (LDVT). Methods: rabbit models of LDVT were made by ligating the femoral vein, the effect of shuang teng tong mai Granule (STTMG) on PAI and endothelium form of blood vessel were observed . 50 rabbits were divided into 5 groups, common bundle, model bundle, Shuang Teng Tong Mai Granule low dosage bundle, Shuang Teng Tong Mai Granule high dosage bundle and Dan Wang Granule contrast bundle. Result:The content in Shuang Teng Tong Mai Granule low dosage bundle, Shuang Teng Tong Mai Granule high dosage bundle and Dan/Wang Granule contrast bundle were different in model bundle. (P<0.05) . The content in Shuang Teng Tong Mai Granule low dosage bundle were not different in Dan Wang Granule contrast bundle. (P>0.05); The content in Shuang Teng Tong Mai Granule high dosage bundle were different in Dan Wang Granule contrast bundle. (P<0.05) .The injury of endothelial cell in Shuang Teng Tong Mai Granule high dosage bundle and Shuang Teng Tong Mai Granule low dosage bundle were lighter than Dan Wang Granule contrast bundle. The injury of endothelial cell in Shuang Teng Tong Mai Granule high dosage bundle were lighter than Shuang Teng Tong Mai Granule low dosage bundle .Conclusion: shuang teng tong mai ke li has favorable effect of fibrinolytic funtion and action of inhibiting thrombosis, protect the endothelial cell, prevention the injury of endothelial cell.
