The Effect Of Duonangping Decoction On Rats' Hyperandrogen By Orthogonal Experimental Design

Objective: Good effect has been observed after we use DuoNangPing Decoction. In order to explore how many herbs of the DNP decoction to decrease the serum testosterone (T) significant. Which five herbs had been added into to treat hyperandrogenism.Methods: We analyzed the effect of every herbs of the five and affection each other by using orthogonal experimental design. According to orthogonal layout Li6(215). We random all rats to 16 groups o Each groups treated differently. The changes of serum T would be observe with every herbs of DNP decoction.Results: The result shows that the affection of Peonia alba, Paeoniae rubra, Glycyrrhiza and Concha arcare showed a good effect to decrease the serum T. The action of Herba lycopi showed litter effect to decrease the serum T.Conclusion: We can select four herbs according to their effect .The best herbs to decrease the serum T is Peonia alba, Paeoniae rubra, Glycyrrhiza and Concha arcare . Herba lycopi would not be selected.
