Objective To analysis the distribution regular of capillary non-perfusion area in patients with diabetic retinopathy(phaseIII ), and provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods The negatives of fundus flouorescein angiography(FFA) in 282 eyes of 185 cases with DR(phaseIII) were read detailedly. The whole ocular fundus was divided into 8 parts and the number of capillary non-perfusion area in every part was counted. Results Thenumber of capillary non-perfusion area in nasal part accounted to 32.48% and the numbers of capillary non-perfusion area in other parts accounted to 7.90-10.78%. Conclusion The proportion of capillary non-perfusion area discovered in nasal part was much higher than those in other parts, therefore, FFA and ocular fundus examination should be performed periodically before visual damaged, so as to perform laser photocoagulation in time.
