The Study Of VWF And P-selection On Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To study the level of von willebrand(vWF) and P-selectin(Ps) in serum from patients with hypertension, diabetes niellitus or acute cerebral infarction and investigate the important role of vWF and Ps in the development of acute cerebral infarction,thus provide theoretical basis for preventing and treating acute cerebral infarctin. Methodsrliighly patients were divided into four groups. The first group is hypertension, the second is diabetes mellitus, the third is acute cerebral infarction,there is a group of normal control .The mumber of each group is 20 patients, Draw vein blood(2ml) respectively from each groups and make serum separation .The vWF and Ps levelsofrecipitents were determined by enzyme-linked immunesarbent assay(ELISA) two-sides antibody sandwich, To investigate the content of the vWF and Ps in the individual groups. Data are expressed as mean value + sem and compared with individual groups using analysis of variance;a value of P <0.01 was required for statistical significance. Results:the contents of vWF and Ps in serum of acute cerebral infarction are significientily hiyher than the normal control, hypertension and ditbetes mellitus .The content of vWF and Ps in serum of hypertension and diabetes mellitus is significientity hiyher than the normal control group. Conclusion: vWF and Ps are involved in acute cerebral infarction, hepertension and diabetes mellitus,The result suggested that the contents of vWF and Ps play an important role in the development of acute cerebral infarction, The study of vWF and Ps in molecular biology is important in outbreaking mechanism of acute cerebral infarction, making a diagnose and giving treatment. The new idea was advanced in developing new medicines and trentment means .
