Preparation And Evaluation Of Zhibao Bushen Capsule

In order to produce the quality-controlable and take-easily modern preparation,new technology was adopted to carry out the second development of Zhibao Sanbian bolus.Each medicinalmaterials was extracted separately,the extraction technology of Epimedium brevicornum Maxim,Morinda officinalis How,Hortand Cinnamomum cassia Presl, Lycium barbarum L,Penis et Testis Canis was screened by orthogonal experiment and uniform design,macrureticular resin was used to purify icariin.The moisture absorption percentage,granule acquiring percentage,truce angle were used to select the supplements of Zhibao Bushen capsule,ascertain the preparation process,and examine the disintegrating time limit and water content.Result shows that the disintegrating time limit and water content coincide with the Pharmacopoeia. Hortand Cinnamomum cassia Presl, Morinda officinalis How,Radix Gensuing,Lycium barbarum L. were qualitatively tested by TLC. Epimedium brevicornum Maxim,Radix Gensing were quantitatively analyzed and Penis et Testis Canis was qualitatively tested by HPLC, Hortand Cinnamomum cassia Presl was quantitatively analyzed by GC.Methodology check is founded.Primary pharmacodynamics were researched,result shows that this preparation can notably improve the symptoms of insufficiency of Yang induced by hydrocortisone in mice and castration rats.
