Objectives: To explore the immunogenetic features between human leukocyte antigen DRB1, DQB1 locus and children in Kunming Yi population with H.pylori infection. Moreover ,it provides the basic data for exploring the immunogenetic features between human leukocyte antigen DRB1 , DQB1 and the diseases associated H.pylori and understanding the immunogenetic features of the H.pylori infection population further. Methods: Polymerase chain reaction -sequence specific primer (PCR-SSP) method was used to study the HLA-DRB1 DQB1 allelic frequency distribution of 31 cases children with H. pylori infection and 39 healthy controls in Kunming Yi population by combined diagnosis with. H. pylori antibody (lg-G) in blood and 13C -urea breathy test (13C-UBT) Results: The allelic frequencies of HLA-DRB1 *12, DQB1*0301 in the H.pylori infection group were lower than those of the healthy control group (14.52% vs 42.31%, X2=12.705, Pc<0.012; 32.26% vs 55.13%,x2=7.300,Pc=0.049 ) ;The allelic frequencies of HLA-DRB1 *11 DQB1*04 in the H.pylori infection group were higher than those of the healthy control group (12.90% vs 3.85%, x2=3.914, P=0.048; 11.29% vs 2.56%, X2 =4.373, P=0.037) , but the signification disappeared when the allelic Bonferroni correction for comparisons were applied as required(.Pc=0.576; Pc=0.259).Conclusions: These results suggest that HLA-DRB1*12 DQB1*0301 might play resistant to H.pylori infection in Kunming Yi population. However, the effects of HLA-DRB1*11, DQB1 *04 should study further.
