Objective: To form formulas to calculate the pressure difference between left renal rein and inferior vena cava and test the value of this pressure difference in the diagnosis of Nut Cracker Syndrome. Method: On the basis of the ability of ultrosound device , By the deducing from the Bernouli formula, We get six formulas for the calculating of the pressure difference between left renal rein and inferior vena cava , then choose the patients which has been diagnosed as Syndrome Nut Cracker Syndrome as the experimental objects and some health adults as control group , all the cases has been assessed by traditional method and measured by new method to acquire the need datas . analyzed by statistical method, we Compare the accurate rate of this new diagnostic method for the diagnosing of Nut Cracker Syndrome by using the calculated pressure difference with traditional methods in clinical experiment. Result: Statistical result show there has been no obvious difference between these two methods. Conclusion: This new method can calculates the pressure difference between left renal rein and inferior vena cava and provides more clear information for the diagnosing of Nut Cracker Syndrome, This new method is easy to apply and has a similar accuracy to the traditional method.
