Clinical Intervention Of Losartan And Simvastatin On Chronic Micro-inflammation State Of CRF Patients

Objective Observing the changes of serum CRP,Hb,Alb,TC, LDL, BUN and SCr in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF),and contrasting the level of serum CRP in healthy people,to explore the effect of chronic micro-inflammation in the progression and complications of CRF; Observing the changes of aboved parameters to explore the effect of Losartan and Simvastin on the chronic micro-inflammation in patients with CRF.Methods 120 patients of CRF were divided into four groups randomizedly (1) the treated group with conventional medicine (the conventional control group A group ); (2) the treated group with conventional medicine plus Losartan(B group);(3)the treated group with conventional medicine plus Simvastin(C group );(4)the treated group with conventional medicine plus Losartan and Simvastin(D group).Besides, a healthy control group consisted of 20 subjects was set up.Record the changes of serum CRP, BUN, SCr, Hb , Alb, TC and LDL of all group before treatement,and after treatment for four weeks,the changes of serum CRP, BUN, SCr, TC and LDL of A~D groups were recorded.
