Hemorrhagic shock is a key cause of war injury leading to death, and blood transfusion is the most important method to solve this problem. But heterogenous blood transfusion always has difficulties of blood supply and transportation, and it may bring blood transfusion reaction and infectious diseases. This influences the curative effect on war injury hemorrhagic shock.Autologous blood transfusion which is fast developed in recent years may be a effective method to solve this problem. It can not only reduce the amount of blood requirement, but also avoid the problems of heterogenous blood transfusion coming from. However, the applied range autologous blood transfusion machine is limited by the big volume of autologous blood transfusion machine and contraindictiond. Hemorrhagic shock in the war is often caused by trauma, and blood may be contaminated. It is important to improve the ability of autologous blood transfusion machine to treat with contaminated blood for curing war injury hemorrhagic shock.Based on the above, we choose 3000P autologous blood transfusion machine to study the curative effect of autologous blood transfusion on abdominal hemorrhagic shock. In this study, dog model of abdominal continuous bleeding leading to hemorrhagic shock was set up. Ringers solution (control group) and autologous blood (experiment group) were used to cure the hemorrhagic shock dogs, and nothing was used in blank group. Survival time, physiology indexes, red blood cell indexes, the amount of platelet were measured, and the pathological changes of heart, liver, lung and kidney were detected. The results show that compared with control group. The survival time of...
