Studies On Pusle Diagram Parameters Of Left Guan Pulse Of The Single Young Female During Normal Menstrual Cycle

Objective: To explore regulation variety of pulse diagram parameters of left guan pulse with the single young female menstrual cycle, look for from numerous pulse diagram parameter to change the high and objective index sign of particularity to normal menstrual cycle. Method:Continuously for 3 months to 94 healthy female university students through before, during and after menstruation of left guan pulse carry on the pulse diagram's copy to record, and contrast to themselves.After recording the pulse diagram, carry on statistics to learn the analysis to the pulse diagram parameters.ResuIt: Through the 16 pulse diagram parameters of the before, during and after menstruation .The stastic analysis manifestes that four parameters of h₃/ h₁ , h₄/ h₁, (h₁-h₃)/h₁ and (h₃-h₂) have significant difference ( P<0.05).And we can see obviously that the data of h₃/ h₁: during menstruation >after menstruation >before menstruation. The data of h₄/ h₁: during menstruation > before menstruation, after menstruation > before menstruation. The data of (h₃-h₂) : during menstruation > before menstruation. The data of (h₁-h₃)/h₁: before menstruation > during menstruation, before menstruation> after menstruation.ConcIusion: There are significant difference from the parameter of h₃/ h₁, h₄/ h₁, (h₁-h₃)/h₁ and (h₃-h₂), and we can do furthe research for them as the objective index sign to dignosis the menstrual cycle disease.
