Objective Human recombinant insulin growth factor (IGF-1) is a potent mitogen. IGF-1 is both a powerful stimulator of angiogenesis and a regulator of cellular migration and proliferation. First,we succeed in culturing embryo chicken's tendon cell. Then we studied the effects of IGF-lon cell proliferation with MTT test. Materials and methods1 We culture embryo chicken .At day 19,we kill the 10 embryo chicken and get the tendons every time. Tenocytes are obtained from tendon segments after being processed by enzymesThen we culture cells with 20% foetal calf serum (FCS) culture medium .2 We culture tenocytes on 96 hole culture plate with different kinds of culture medium. The b-FGF and 20% foetal calf serum (FCS) are added to serum-free culture medium to firm 5 groups (lng/ml ,5ng/ml,10 ng/ml ,50 ng/ml ,200ng/ml) whose FCS concentration is 2%.They are compared with other 2 no IGF -groups whose FCS concentration is 2% and 5%. Then we studied the effects of IGF-1 on cell proliferation with MTT test.3 We studied the effects of IGF-lon cell proliferation with Swiss-Gimmsa taint test.Results1 The contour of tendon cell is like a fibroblast. It grows very fast after it sticks to the wall.
