Experimental Research On The Effects Of Busui Shengxue Granules On The Mice With Hemolytic Anemia Syndrome

Cause experimental animal models mice of hemolytic anemia syndrome by injecting Pheny hydrazine Hydrochloride in subcutaneous,leave each other with Bu Shui Sheng Xue granules(the experimential group), Ba zhen tang (the compare group l)andYinchen wu ling tang(the compare group2),obiective on BMC, RC, RBC, Hb, TBIL and IBIL of these groups. Result: (l)Bu Shui Sheng Xue granules and Ba zhen tang all can raise RBC, Hb,they better than the models (P<0.01, P<0.05) .And in these two,high dosage Bu Shui Sheng Xue granules better than Ba zhen tang (P<0.01) . (2)Bu Shui Sheng Xue granules can reduce BMC, RC of the mice with hemolytic anemia syndrome better than the models (P<0.01) . Bu Shui Sheng Xue granules better than Ba zhen tang (P<0.05)and Yinchen wu ling tang (P<0.01) .(3)Yin chen wu ling tang can reduce TBIL and IBIL of the mice with hemolytic anemia syndrome,it can retreat jaundice better than Bu Shui Sheng Xue granules (P<0.01) . (4)Bu Shui Sheng Xue granules can reduce ROFT of the mice with hemolytic anemia syndrome better than the models (P<0.01 ) . Bu Shui Sheng Xue granules better than Ba zhen tang(P<0.01) and Yinchen wu ling tang (P<0.01) .Conclusion: The drug can obviously promote the mice with hemolytic anemia syndrome resumption.According to the experiment,the tradition Chinese medicine of Bu Shen Sheng Xue can promote increasable and divided of BM,and it also can protect RBC,HA is rectified.But it reduce ROFT of the mice with hemolytic anemia syndrome less than Yinchen wu ling tang.
