Objective:By the investigation of the curative effect in chronic aplastic anemia treated by Busuish Shengxue granule and the influence of phosphorylation expression level of NF-κB in individual nucleus cells comes from CAA patients,explore the mechanism in CAA treated by Busuish Shengxue granule.Method:Separate 108 CAA patients in 2 groups according to random number method.There are 55 patients in Busuish Shengxue granule group(treatment group) and 53 patients in zaizaoshengxue tablet group(control group).compare the 2 groups.According the Western blot method,assay the phosphorylation expression level of NF-κB in individual nucleus cells comes from CAA patients before and after treatment.Result:1.The curative effect of chronic aplastic anemia treated by Busuish Shengxue granule is better then which of the control group(p<0.05),the curative effect of Yang deficiency type is superior to that of Yin deficiency type.2. NF-κB/p65 in CAA patients'MMNC express a low level,which Busui Shengxue granule can improve.Conclusion:1.The efficient of CAA treated by Busuish Shengxue granule reach a 74.55% degree,it does better than the control group in the improvement of clinical symptoms and peripheral blood maps.Busui Shengxue granule is an effective drug,it is worth developing and applying.2.The curative effect of Yang deficiency type is superior to that of Yin deficiency type of CAA treated by Busuish Shengxue granule and the same result happens in its regulation of NF-KB/p65.This result points out the characteristic thaf"Easily Yang deficiency cured,Difficulty Yin deficiency cured"in CAA treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine. 3. NF-KB/p65 in CAA patients'bone marrow stroma express a low level.the abnormal expression of NF-KB/p65,which may participate in pathogenesis of CAA and cause signal transduction pathway abnormal in hemopoietic inductive microenviroment,result in aberration of hemopoietic regulation.4. Busuish Shengxue granule can obviously activate NF-κB/P65 and improve its expression level.It can be infered that one of the functional signal transduction mechanism is Busuish shengxue granule may confront apoptosis of CAA by regulate the pathway. |
