Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP) isa systemic disease that happens only when pregnances. In ourcountry morbidity is 9.4%.The name of disease emphasizescausal relation between symptom such as hypertension, proteinuria in child-bearing age female and pregnancy. Themajority of case appears temple symptom such ashypertension , proteinuria in gestational period .Thissymptom disappears after parturition immediately. Thisdisease threatens the heasth of the women and newbornsseverely, and is the main cause of the death of those.Calcium is the most important macrometabolic element inhuman body .Calcium is the fifth in composition of humanbody element. Moreover calcium is named the secondmessenger. Not only calcium is indispensable ingredient oforganism integrity, but also it has important role inorganism various kinds course of physiology andbiochemical. The study of recent years discovers genesis anddevelopment of hypertensive disorder complicatingpregnancy concerned with calcium metabolism probably.Epidemiology and animal experimen indicate deficientcalcium ,the low level of serum calcium ,increasing ofintracellular calcium ion that can induceshypertension. The patient's condition of hypertensivedisorder complicating pregnancy relates to the level ofserum calcium. The low level of serum calcium maybe is oneof etiopathogenisis in hypertensive disorder complicatingpregnancy.Object: To approach the clinical significance of thechange of serum calcium ionic concentration in patients ofhypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy throughdetermination of the level of serum calcium in patients ofhypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and female ofnormal pregnancy.Method:To select 70 cases of hypertensive disordercomplicating pregnancy and 75 cases of normal pregnancy whodelivery in the China-Japan Union Hospital and ChangchunDepartment of Obstetrics and Gynecolofy Hospital from theFebruary to November in 2005 in random. The diagnose andseparate criteria of hypertensive disorder complicatingpregnancy is according to the sixth edition《obstetrics andgynecology》. The differce of age, gestational weeks, gravidity , parity of two groups is insignificance instatistics(p>0.05) .Two groups have comparability. Theblood of all pregnant women is taken from ulnar vein inearly morning on an empty stomach .After centrifugalizationwe determination the ionic concentration of serum calciumin atomic absorption spectrophotometer . Normal value ofserum calcium ionic concentration is 2.10-2.70mmol/l.Statistical method is used to analyses the outcome amongthe groups. Results: ①The serum calcium ionic concentration ofcontrol group is 2.27±0.12mmol/l. The serum calcium ionicconcentration of hypertensive disorder complicatingpregnancy group is 2.06 ± 0.17mmol/l.The serum calciumionic concentration of HDCP group is obviously lower thanthe control group. The differce of two groups issignificance in statistics (t=8.82,p<0.01) . ②The serumcalcium ionic concentration of gestational hypertensionpatients is 2.20±0.13mmol/l. The serum calcium ionicconcentration of mild eclampsism patients is 2.09 ±0.14mmol/l. The serum calcium ionic concentration ofserious eclampsim patients is 1.99±0.14mmol/l. The serumcalcium ionic concentration of eclampsia patients is 1.87± 0.15mmol/l. The serum calcium ionic concentrationdifferce of five groups is significance in statistics. Thedifferce is significance in statistics between controlgroup and gestational hypertension patients ( t=2.28 ,p<0.05).The differce is significance in statistics betweengestational hypertension patients and mild eclampsismpatients(t=2.34,p<0.05). The differce is significancein statistics between mild eclampsism patients and seriouseclampsim patients(t=2.45,p<0.05). The differce issignificance in statistics between serious eclampsismpatients and eclampsia patients(t=2.09,p<0.05).Thedecrease of serum calcium ionic level is connected with thepatient's condition of hypertensive disorder complicatingpregnancy. The ionic concentration of serum calciumgradually degrades following the aggravation of thepatient's condition of hypertensive disorder complicatingpregnancy.Conclusion:1,The change of the serum calcium ionic concentrationis concerned with the nosogenesis of hypertensive disordercomplicating pregnancy.2,The serum calcium ionic concentration of HDCP groupis obviously lower than the control group. The differce oftwo groups is significance in statistics(p<0.01).3,The decrease of serum calcium ionic level isconnected with the patient's condition of hypertensivedisorder complicating pregnancy. The ionic concentration ofserum calcium gradually degrades following theaggravation of the patient's condition of hypertensivedisorder complicating pregnancy.4 , The patient's vivo of hypertensive disordercomplicating pregnancy presents abnormality of calciummetabolism. The decrease of serum calcium ionicconcentration maybe is one of etiopathogenisis inhypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
