Objective:To analyze the related factors of primary dysmenorrhea of female college students,and investigate the risk factors of primary dysmenorrhea, in quest of the new ideas about clinical synthetical therapy of PD, including the new pathway of education-being and health acceleration about female college student.Method: Refering to the method in proportion, at random, demixing and cluster sampling; among 1000 female ones, at the basis of disease history, clinical appearance and gynecologic examination, bringing into 915 typical objectives including dysmenorrhea group and nondysmenorrhea group, carrying into a survey of self-command questionnaire,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).Result: (1) the incidence rate of primary dysmenorrhea in Shan Xi Medical college for Continuing Education students is 62.8%(575/915), among it the gently degree being 58.43(336/575); the minor degree being 28.17(162/575) and the erroest degree being 13.39(77/575). The incidence rate in younger group is higher than in elder group, the difference is statistical significance(P < 0.01).(2)the relationship between grownful environment and menstruation: the incidence rate in town being 58.5% is lower than being 67.3% in rural , the difference is statistical significance (P<0.01).(3)the relationship of family economic condition and incidence rate, among the three groups of lower-earnitng ones, minor-earning ones and higher-earning ones, the difference is statistical significance (P<0.01).(4) the comparision about the case group and the control group: the difference of the age of menarche is statistical significance (P<0.01).(5)the relation of primary dysmenorrhea and life habit: the habit of breakfast; food of stimulation; savage and cold food in menstruation; sleep; rinse with cold water in the case group and the control group, the difference is statistical significance (P<0.01; P< 0.05). (6)the personality about the case group and the control group: the difference between thr score E and the score N in the four dimension degree of EPQ is statistical significance (P<0.01; P<0.05).(7)the psychoevaluation about the two group:the difference between the three factors of somatization, depression and anxiety is statistical significance (P<0.01). (8)the multiple factors about dysmenorrhea: the thirteen single factors mentioned before are statistical significance for dysmenorrhea(P<0.01; P<0.05), grade; grownful environment; family economic condition; the habit of breakfast; food of stimulation; savage and cold food in menstruation; sleep; rinse with cold water ;the age of menarche; character; emotion; anxiety and depression by multiple stepwise regression analysis we find out that the four factors including the habit of breakfast; emotion; anxiety and depression are affected factors for primary dysmenorrhea(P<0.01).
