Objective: High risk human papillomavirus, HR-HPV, especially HPV16 have direct bearing on the occurrence of cervical carcinomas. The cancer gene products of H P V 16 E 6, E 7 often lead to the inactivation, variation and abnormal expression of cell gene during causing the cervical epithelium cell's immortality. HPV can be tested at more than 90% cervical cancer tissue, but the carsinogenesis does not be interpreted totally now. The relationship between cell apoptosis and tumor is hot study spot over the past several years. The T N F related apoptosis inducing ligand ,TRAIL is referred to as Apo2 ligand, Apo2L or death ligand, it belongs to tumor necrosis factor family and leads to tumor cell apoptosis selectively, but normal cell can run from TRAIL'S killing effect and it is hopeful that TRAIL becomes to a new anti - cancer drugs, so people are paying attention to it. Survivin gene is new member at Inhibitors of Apoptosis(IAP), the expression products of Survivin gene has special structure and protect specific cell to resist a series of stimulator inducing and inhabiting cell apoptosis, and Survivin gene has close relation with occurrence, development and prognosis of tumor.
