Objective:To investigate the effect of inflammation and angiogenesis on thrombophilia of hematologic malignance and rheumatic disease, and the intervene effect of Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on thrombophilia.Subjects:Patients with hematologic malignance and with rheumatic disease.Methods:IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, TM, D-dimer, ACA, TF, VEGF were detected with ELISA, and CD62p, CD154, CD11b, PMA detected with FCM.Results:1.In hematologic malignance and rheumatic disease, the level of mediators of inflammation, endothelial activation factor, TM, and platelet activation factor is stepped up in different period of these diseases(P<0.05). These factors were nearly normal in complete remission group or stable phase group.2.In rheumatic disease, these factors dramatically stepped down after theraping of combined Danshen or Gegensu and Western medicine (P<0.05), Western medicine also can intervene these factors(P<0.05), but the effect is less obvious than that of combined Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.3.In AL, CL, MM, lymphoma, the levels of these factors stepped down in partial remission group compared with before theraping group(P<0.05). There was no...
