Background and Objetive:As we know, antigen presenting cells (APC) play very important role in anti-tumor immune function in economy. Because the immune response takes place after the exterior antigen is captured and proceesed into immune polypeptides ,then the later can combine the MHC(major histocompatibility complex) and come into being a kind of complex, and then co-expressed the surface of the membrane of APC, the APC then present the complex to T cells and the antigen peptide-MHC is recognized by T cell receptor( TCR) and initiate the signal-transfering system in cells. The activation, proliferation, differentiation of lymphocyte are induced and a series of immune response are generated.Dendritic cells, which are considered as to be the most potent professional APC, are specialized to internalized, process and present antigen, and they can not only express high levels of MHC class I and class II molecules,as well as accessory and adhesion molecules and high level of Th1 cytokine (CK), but also can activate the naive T cells, induce the specialized cytotoxic T lymphocyte to generate. Previous studies indicated that tumor cells can lead to the dysfunction, apoptosis of dendritic...
