Effect Of Tongxin Huoxue Recipe On Blood Lipid,Apolipoprotein B/A1 Ratio And High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein In Patients With Angina Pectoris Caused By Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:The aim of this study was to analyze the clinical mechanism of qi deficiency and blood stasis type coronary heart disease treated by Tongxin Huoxue Fang,focusing on the effect of Tongxin Huoxue Decoction on the blood lipid,apolipoprotein B/A1 ratio,and the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein.To observe its clinical efficacy.Methods:From March 2016 to January 2018,72 patients were selected from the outpatient and inpatient departments of our hospital.Western medicine was diagnosed as coronary heart disease.Chinese medicine was diagnosed as chest pain,and the dialectical type was Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.The random number table was divided into the observation group and the control group,and the control group was given conventional treatment: aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100 mg,daily once,orally;atorvastatin calcium tablets 20 mg once daily,oral;isosorbide mononitrate Release tablets 60 mg,once daily,orally.The observation group was given Tongxin HuoxueFang on routine treatment.One dose was taken on a daily basis and water was administered on two occasions.Incidence of angina pectoris sublingual nitroglycerin,combined with chronic diseases such as hypothyroidism,diabetes,hypertension,etc.were given symptomatic treatment by Western medicine.Are treated regularly for 1 course(28 days).After the end of treatment,the effect of angina pectoris,efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine,and blood lipid,apolipoprotein B/A1 ratio,and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels before and after treatment in the two groups were collected before and after treatment.Statistical analysis.Results:The total effective rate of treatment of angina pectoris was 83.3% in the observation group and 58.5% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the TCM syndrome after treatment was 91.6% in the observation group and72.2% in the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);the TCM symptom scores after treatment in the two groups were better than those in the observation group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The two groups were improving the ratio of blood lipidand apolipoprotein B/A1.Compared with before treatment,the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein was significantly(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Both blood and urine routines,myocardial enzyme,liver and kidney function,markers of myocardial injury,and D-dimer were not abnormal before and after treatment,and no obvious adverse reactions and side effects were observed.Conclusion:Tongxin Huoxue Fang can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type coronary heart disease,and can effectively improve the level of blood lipids,apolipoprotein B/A1 ratio,and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein.No obvious adverse reactions and side effects occur during the treatment,which proves that the drug is clinically safe and can be further promoted and used clinically.
