| Object:To observe the effects of capsule Ruxiao modified decoction different medicine on the rat's modle group of hyperplasia of mammary (HMG) gland sex hormones ,utilize animal's model. To explore its mechanism in therapeutic regulating sex hormones, and the best compatibility between each medicine in the prescription. We hope the experiment would offer certain scientific basis to guide the therapeutic for the mammary gland in clinically.Methods:We divided 70 SD female health no-pregnant rats into 6 groups at random. They were normal control group, model control group 1, model control group 2, treating group of Ruxiao , Ruxiao A,B and C, treating group of Rukang. Except there are 7 rats in model group 1, 9 rats in the others. Except normal control group, all groups were injected into the muscle to make models.After that, capsule Ruxiao and RuxiaoA,B and C were infused to the treating group with its different dose. The treating comparative group were infused the Rukang. The normal control group and model control group were infused the brine. Dead model control group 1 after 30 days.We tested sex hormones(T, PRL,E2,P) and measured mammary gland's weight and height of all groups and compared effect.Results:...
