Study On Mechanism Of Pyrolusite Power Preparation For Infusion To Improve Osteoporotic Fracture Healing In Desovarian Rats

Objectives:To discuss the mechanism of Pyrolusite Power Preparation for Infusion to improve osteoporotic fracture healing in desovarian rats,offer theoretical foundation for the clinical treatment of osteoporosis fracture.Method: 48 six-month-old female SD rats were anaesthetized stably with chlorine amine and ketone (0.1g/kg), through abdominal cavity injected some of it ,.who added the tabellae diazepami (5mg/kg) , bent over and disinfect to the part with the iodine, walked belly centre notch enter after anaesthetizing satisfied, excise one pair of sides ovary intactly.Assign the mouse at random and raised in different cages three month, then collected five rats have already made the model's and five rats have not made the mould at random,measured whole body BMD.After it proved it built mould succeed osteoporosis,built all moulded rats anaesthetizing downing at abdominal cavity (medicine and dosage with ago) and caused by right side shin bone sections of close fracture artificially not middle and upper, gram needle (diameter 1mm) from shin bone to carry marrow regular, needle end bury under the cover far close end, cause the osteoporosis fracture model.48 big rats are divided into four groups at random after the skill (1,Model group;2,Tiaogu tablets group;3,Xianlinggubao group; 4,Pyrolusite Power Preparation for Infusion group), every group is 12 respectively.Begin to irritating the rat's stomach the next day behind skill, Tiaogu tablets group,Xianlinggubao group and Pyrolusite Power Preparation for Infusion group all converted into equivalent mouse's oral dosage and dissolve in 6ml distilled water according to the adult's every daily quantity, divided and irritated the stomach twice every day, the model group offers distilled water of the same volume. Result: Irritating for the second week after the stomach, compared with the model group, the value of BMD of Pyrolusite Power Preparation for Infusion group and content of bone scab calcium, phosphorus , collagen are on the high side , but groups have no significance difference.To observe the growth state of the bone scab,the experiment group better than the model group on optics microscope. Irritating four weeks under stomach, compared with mode groupl, Pyrolusite Power Preparation for Infusion group's value of BMD of whole body and right shin bone and content of bone scab calcium, phosphorus, collagen obviously rise, and there were significance difference (P<0. 05), To observe the growth stafe of the bone scab, Pyrolusite Power Preparation for Infusion group's bone scab also obviously superior to the model group all around, can see a large amount of bone trabecula on cutting into slices, already ripe gradually, and arranged comparatively in order.Conclusion: The Pyrolusite Power Preparation for Infusion group can promote the healing of the osteoporosis fracture effectively, its function mechanism is:l, Improve the density of bone of the osteoporosis big rats of fracture;2, Improve the content of bone scab calcium, phosphorus, collagen;3, Promote the bone scab to be ripe.
