Objective: To explore the expression of Maspin , P53,P27,Skp2 in colorectal adenocarcinoma and the relationship between clnical pathological parameters, as well the relationship between P53,P27,Skp2 expression.MATERIALS AND METHODS:The expression of Maspin,P53,P27,Skp2 in 60 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma(30 cases of colorectal mucoid adenocarcinoma ,30 cases of colorectal tubular adenocarcinoma),20 cases of colorectal polypous adenoma tissues and 20 cases of normal colon tissue were investigated by a sp immunohistochemic approach. The reverse transcriptase PCR was carried out to detect the level of maspin mRNA from 31 colorectal adenocarcinoma and 10 normal samples.RESULTS:The positive rates of Maspin,P53,P27,Skp2 were83.3%,50%,50%,36.7%respectively in tubular adenocarcinoma; the rate is 83.3%,50%,46.7% , 43.3% in mucoid adenocarcinoma ; 95%, 10%,80%,10% in adenoma; 95%,5%,90%,5% in normal tissue.maspin...
