The transfer by means of lymph routes is usual for the translocation of cancerous cell in the cancer patients. During the surgical operation for the cancer patients , it is necessary to vision the proximal lymph nodes for clearing out. However, if lymph nodes weren't visioned, they would be difficult to remove, resulting in the recurring of the cancer. Therefore, it is essential in clinic to acquire the preparation to vision the proximal lymph nodes. Activated carbon is black and possesses the ardent adsorptive capacity, in particular for anticancer drugs. As it was produced into nanometer particle, it will distributed into the local lymph and lymph nodes through the discrete lymph endothelial cells after injection into the local tissue, and will maintain for a long time in the lymph nodes. Thus it will vision the proximal lymph nodes, and simultaneously prolongs the release the antineoplastic drugs within lymph nodes to kill the transferred cancer cells.The nano-carbon particle, with the mean diameter being 36.3±6.7nm, were prepared by means of chemical reaction. Using the XRD the nano-carbon particles were testified to be carbon. Through the examination of the relevant qualification requirements it conformed to the Chinese phamacopoeia.
