| Objective:To investigate the oxygen-derived free radicals of Rat of acute pancreatitis treated with kakonein. Methods: A retrograding injection of sodium taurocholate into pancreas and bile duct makes acute pancreatitis model of Rats'. The amylase, superoxide dismutase(SOD) depletion and malondialdehyde (MDA) level in plasm of acute pancreatitis (AP) of post-treatment with kakonein are detected. Results: A-group has no changes in pancreas specimen. all B-group have edema, edema sheet bleeding and black necrosis in pancreas specimen, saponaceous spots on greater omentum and intesting wall, obvious gastrointestinal tympanites and dark red ascitic fluid.Unclear glandular lobule texture, erythro-dye in alveolus Cells and alveolus cavity, inflammation, edema, bleeding, point-shape necrosis, some confluence and calcification Field are observed obviously under microscope.C-group have also a similar features as B-group,but the fewer number of saponaceous spots, inapparent gastrointestinal tympanites and hyaline hydroperitoneum are observed. The slight inflammation, edema, bleeding, point -shape necrosis and no calcification Field can be seen under microscop. The amylase activity in plasma of B-group and C-group is higher than that of A-group.SOD depletion and AMD progressive increases in B-group have a delimitation with A-group,whereas SOD depletion and AMD increases in C-group have no delimitation with A-group.Conclusion: Kakonein has a therapeutical effect to rats in the sodium taurocholate pancreatitis model through decreasing injury factor–MDA, and increasing protection factor– SOD. |
