| Purpose:To observe the curative effect and the effect of the superficial acupuncturecombined with the warm moxibustion on the ECG and the blood fat for angina cordis.Method:All the cases were from the hospitalized patients in the Fuzhou CityPeople's Hospital. They were selected with certain diagnostic standards.Theywere divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group. Andthere were twenty-four cases in either group.The treatment group was treated by superficial acupuncture combined withthe warm moxibustion, while the control group was treated by the westernmedicine. The day before the treatment and the first day after the 3 courses oftreatment all the patients received the ECG and the blood fat checking.Result:1. The treatment group was superior to the control group in the curativeeffect and the tototal effective rate, there was significant difference betweenthem. Before the treatment there was no statistics difference in the frequencyof the angina cordis attack and in the dosage.2. Before the treatment there was no statistics difference in of theECG(P＞0.05). But after treatment there was significant difference betweenthem, furthermore the treatment group was superior to the control group in the∑ST, the difference had the statistic meaning.3. Before the treatment there was no statistics difference in the bloodfat(P＞0.05). After treatment there was significant difference in the treatment group but there was no statistic difference in the control group. And even therewas significant difference between them after treatment.Conclusion:1. There was significant curative effect on superficial acupuncture combinedwith warm moxibustion for angina cordis.2. Superficial acupuncture combined with warm moxibustion could improve theECG and the blood fat.3. Superficial acupuncture combined with warm moxibustion is easily acceptedby people because it is safe and painless and has little stimulation, we shouldspread it and apply it in the clinic.
